Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 5 working days from the official start date of the program. Requests made after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
No refunds shall be issued in the following situations:
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges, onboarding costs, platform access fees, and payment gateway charges.
To request a refund, learners must submit a formal request through AI Skill Labs’ official communication channels, including registered email or support desk.
Refund approvals are subject to verification and internal review. AI Skill Lab reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject refund requests based on policy compliance.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original mode of payment. AI Skill Lab is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
In the rare event that AI Skill Lab cancels or reschedules a program, learners may be offered a refund or an alternative batch at the company’s discretion.
All refund-related decisions made by AI Skill Lab shall be final and binding. No disputes shall be entertained beyond the scope of this Refund Policy.
