AI Skills Lab is an EdTech organization providing professional training, certification programs, mentorship, and career guidance in technology, analytics, cloud computing, DevOps, AI, and related domains. Our programs are designed for students, freshers, and working professionals.
Enrollment in any program is subject to eligibility criteria as defined for that specific course. By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete. AI Skills Lab reserves the right to deny or cancel enrollment if incorrect or misleading information is found.
Course materials including videos, documents, assignments, projects, recordings, and platform access are strictly for the enrolled participant only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing any content without written permission from AI Skills Lab is strictly prohibited.
All course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment plan. Fees once paid are non-transferable. Any discounts, scholarships, or offers are applicable only as mentioned at the time of enrollment.
AI Skills Lab offers a limited refund window for select programs. A refund request must be raised within 5 working days from the official program start date.
No refunds shall be paid after 5 working days under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal reasons, job commitments, or dissatisfaction after course progression.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting administrative and platform access charges.
AI Skills Lab provides placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, and referral opportunities as part of select programs. However, we do not guarantee job placement, salary packages, or specific employment outcomes.
Learners are expected to maintain professional behavior during live sessions, discussions, community forums, and mentor interactions. Any misconduct, abuse, or violation of ethical standards may result in suspension or termination without refund.
All content, branding, logos, course materials, and intellectual property belong exclusively to AI Skills Lab. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable laws.
AI Skills Lab shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of employment, income, or opportunities arising from participation in our programs.
AI Skills Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
The Student and HyperTech Global Technologies (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute, claim, difference, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiations between their designated representatives.
If the dispute remains unresolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice by either Party, all civil disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including any statutory amendments or re-enactments thereof.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of both Parties. If the Parties fail to mutually appoint an arbitrator within fourteen (14) days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the appropriate appointing authority.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both Parties and may be enforced in accordance with applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters relating to the enforcement of the arbitral award or any proceedings that are not capable of being resolved through arbitration under applicable law.
